Margas White 2024

Our 2024 Margas White is a blend of Bical (50%) and Cercal da Bairrada (50%) from a vineyard in Óis do Bairro with high clay content over a limestone base. Fermented and aged in used oak barrels for 12 months and then transferred to stainless steel for another 6 months before being bottled without fining or filtration. A pure expression of Bairrada, Atlantic and mineral.
