100% Baga, from a younger vineyard with more clay over the limestone.

I fermented with a very long maceration and aged it for twelve months in cement amphora, then moved it to stainless steel for six more, and bottled it without fining or filtration.

This is the Baga to open now : savoury, vibrant, ready. A more modern reading of the grape, made to be drunk, period.
