Half Bical, half Cercial da Bairrada, from a vineyard in Óis do Bairro with a clay over a limestone base soil.

I fermented and aged it in used oak for twelve months, then stainless steel for six more, and bottled it without fining or filtration.

An Atlantic white, straight down the middle of Bairrada: mineral, saline, unhurried.
