Margas Baga 2024

Our Margas Baga 2024 is an expression of the Baga grape from a very old vineyard with a hard limestone soil, with very little clay. Fermented in a cement anfora, it was then transferred to neutral austrian oak where it aged for 12 months with a further 6 months in stainless steel before being bottled without finning or filtration. Have some patience with it, open it, decant it and drink along one or two hours at least to get all the evolution of the amazing classical Baga aromatics and flavours. A Bairrada classic in the making
