Saibro Tinto 2025

The 1931 ramada grows red grapes, mostly from Borraçal as well as white, and they belong in the story of the farm too. Saibro Tinto is my way of showing this side of São Simão through a light red, made with a short maceration and aged 12 months in old oak.

I want a red that carries something of the same cool, granite hillside as the whites, with an immediate place at the table. It is part of my attempt to represent the farm through the different wines it gives.
