Saibro Ramada Velha 2025

The old ramada was planted in 1931, with Azal growing alongside other white varieties in the pergola. With Ramada Velha, I want to show what this particular vineyard does best, keeping its mixed planting together as a white field blend.

The 2025 was aged in 50/50 in old oak and ceramic, with full malolactic fermentation and twelve months on the full lees. The work in the cellar gives me time to follow how the wine develops, and to discover what this old planting can express.
